Not sure either, but lev base acc is worse than dominate. If youre using 2 at dominate, makes sense 3 at lev.

please please put recred here. Tk has a somewhat long recharge - around 1 min - so one SO with hasten makes it close to 30 secs downtime. Without recred, one mez and youre into 40-60 secs TK downtime. Enough to be killed and not having it back after rez. :/
