Applejacks

The tool appears to be off. I tried Friday Feb 12 and again today Feb 13 on two seperate accounts with no luck.

On the tool it says the copy is processing could be up to 30 minutes. The transfer never takes place, and I am positive I have enough room on testserver 02 for the transfers.

When I go back into the tool 2 hours later it no longer says copy in progress. Can we please reset it?
