What do the devs think of Myers/Twixt - applaud his actions? condone his actions? condemn his actions? Option D?
Is he right when he says that we're no longer protected nor bound by #1 of the Rules of Conduct whenever we're in a pvp zone? If so, presumably we're also not bound by any of the other Rules of conduct when in pvp - or is it just rule #1 that gets this treatment?
