I just reactivated my account, I'd played COV long time ago and I'm a little lost, while I research about all the changes I wanted to roll a mastermind, and time manipulation sounds so cool that I had to roll it

My main question is, should I stick to your build for leveling ? I've no money so I will just use whatever enhancement I get in missions

Any advice is more than welcome and sorry for my english and my noobines
