Oh, yes, Emerald needs us, too!
Obvious
Whimsical
Feminine
Also an idea for a dressing gown: Mermaids!
Still looking for my first choice for Emerald's skirt.

Ooohhh I like the first and 3rd. Although the monkies are cute.
But the 3rd would make a great underskirt, with just a plain black on top.
Then you could do pink in jewelry and the hat... -
I know!
Some nice silver/black steampunk jewelry, maybe a black and deep red layered skirt, and a cute black hat... too much. -
OMG! It has tails!! I didn't even notice that!
OH MY POOR CREDIT CARD! -
-
So thinkin' the pink bows, and a pale pink corset with cream undershirt for one outfit.
I'm also likin' this corset

I love those boots but anything over two inch heels and I fall over.
How about a tulip skirt to go with, in a nice steampunky print?
Here, how about this fabric? It's not steampunk, but the browns would go well and you could pair it with a pink shorty corset and a poofy-short-sleeved shirt in cream.
I'll add more ideas as I find them.
Oh, or how about a pencil skirt in this , with a long sleeved, high neck top, very hot librarian? And then a cute corset underneath yet over a cute cami, to add shape and posture?

GAh...

That's really awesome, and I second the motion to get you a yellow title under your forum name!!!!
You should get together with the city scoop folks for an article! -
One of our Coalition members was in a respec last night and in the middle of the respec it put up a large "respec failed" and he lost ALL of his IO's that he was putting into the slots. Everything is gone.
We told him to petition and see if they could set his character back a day or two and get him his stuff back.
Man I hope they can help him. ALL that money and time gone... -
ATTENTION:
There will be a live showing of Slax Frog Singing at Camp Slaxy.
Camp Slaxy is located in the garage of Slax.
If you wish to enroll you must fill out the lost form and give me all your stuffz.
Thank you,
Camp Slaxy Director Type Person -
It stopped being an in-game only economy when they started advertising for shoes and burgers in the real world in this game.
-
Conspiracy Theory all the way!!!!!
People have been using trial accounts for years in this game.... it is only being seen as an issue now because of the restrictions placed on them because of the gold farmers. -
I am extremely let down by the storyline of the VEATs... no new experiences, no new enemies... one mission - wait till 5, 2 missions - wait till 10, unbelieveably boring and poorly designed.
This is a major major let down in my opion as this game has some amazing storylines and arcs in it and the lackluster performance on the part of the devs makes me sad. -
Now... there is an opt out ability but come on... this is ridiculous...
It better opt me out of ALL the advertising and it better not mean that I miss content, or that it increases my lag.
This is the silliest thing I have heard of... if I wanted advertising I'd watch TV which is 40% commercials...
This kind of reminds me when they started ruining movies by putting actual commercials, not just trailers, at the beginning of movies.... -
Here's the article for ya....
NCsoft Selects Double Fusion as Game Advertising Partner for City of Heroes
Thursday April 3, 9:02 am ET
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading independent game advertising provider Double Fusion has entered an agreement with NCsoft®, the leading developer and publisher of online computer games, to represent the successful comic-book inspired massively multiplayer online game, City of Heroes®. Double Fusion will provide the technology and sales force to bring brands into the popular online role-playing game which takes place in a modern urban setting, an ideal environment for unobtrusive in-game advertising.
Double Fusion and NCsoft are focused on providing value to the players through this advertising partnership. While real world ads will lend realism to the urban world of City of Heroes, NCsoft also plans on taking advantage of Double Fusion's technology to display player-created content within the game. The publisher will dedicate all advertising dollars it earns to fund further game development for the online title, yet still allow players to opt out of advertising in order to provide flexibility to community members.
Our partnership with NCsoft is a clear showcase for two of our guiding philosophies: bringing value to the player through appropriate use of advertising spaces and bringing new business models to the marketplace by creating new revenue streams that can help fund game development and community support, said Jonathan Epstein, president and CEO, Double Fusion.
City of Heroes is a key property for NCsoft and we take great care to grow and nurture our player community, said Brian Clayton, General Manager of NCsofts Northern California studio. We are pleased to work with Double Fusion on City of Heroes, as they have demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of our community and fundamentally understand how advertising can bring value to the players when executed gracefully, and in the appropriate context. In addition to allowing any of our players to opt-out if they so choose, their flexible technology will not only allow us to bring brand messages into the game but also provide a fun, new platform for displaying player-created materials.
The addition of City of Heroes to the Double Fusion network demonstrates the companys commitment to offering their advertiser and agency partners a wide array of in-game advertising opportunities, to maximizing revenues for its publisher and developer partners and to building a portfolio of top titles among retail PC and console games, massively multiplayer online games, social networks, casual downloadable games, advanced online games and virtual worlds.

Ummm guy...you are on the MOST populated server in the game and to top it off I bet you are on during the busiest hours. Those of us not tied to one server with a similar build to yours are not having any trouble. I stay away from Freedom server like the plague. Maybe your server selection is part of it. So while I agree they need to find a way to address those issues of how many folks are on a server at once. I think your response is WAY over the top. I won't write Marvel as I believe that Cryptic is exactly who should be making their game.
Oh and I bet "everyone" you talk to is on Freedom also? Hmmm?
That's my two cents.

You know what they say about assuming....
I am NOT on Freedom. Don't even have a toon there. Pre-i8 I NEVER crashed, mapservered occasionally but that's gonna happen but NEVER had a crash.
My rig is built for this game and ONLY has this game installed.
Post i8 I can't exit a PvP zone without have to restart due to lag from a hard core memory leak bug. I have to restart half way through base editing because of memory leaks.
I crash at least once or twice a night since the last patch and that is an IMPROVEMENT from the 5-10 times a night I was crashing post-i8.
There are serious issues with the coding of the game period, end of story. Issues that seem not to be as critical as getting pretty new costume pieces or an invention system.
My 3 month payment renewed in February and I hate to say it and be one of "those people," but if things don't improve by the time my next 3 month payment is about to hit I'm done.
I'm not going to pay for a crappy product like this every month. Would you continue to go to a diner once a week when the food gave you food poisoning every time you went?
NCsoft is starting to loose a lot of their players over the mechanical issues of the game. I know 3 people that have quit in the last month because they got so sick of the crashes, bugs and other BS.
