Very nice sketch, Alex. Has a very classic comic feel to it, and is posed very well.

.. I was thinking of the goddess, not the shoe.
[/ QUOTE ]
I thought of both.
But, then, I'm not entirely surprised there for reasons we don't really need to get into!
(And I'll check into it next time I'm on Test, Nike. :3 Probably this weekend.) -

should be fun
on a side note...am I the only one who thinks about the shoes when I read that name?
[/ QUOTE ]
Oddly, I think back to the Roman (He was Roman, wasn't he?) god that inspired the shoe company.
EDIT: Nupe, Greek goddess. Whoops! -

I say I should be able to too, but that'd be hell on TA to total up points wise and all if we all did that lol

Srsly.
I'd have to do it every month! And there'd be, like, wounded fractions lying all over the place after I got done butchering them and then sewing them back together in some horrible Fractionstein. -
Very spiffy, Doug! Though I do agree it's a bit too clean (re: Backfire), but I don't feel it detracts all that much from it.
Still very stunning work, and I'm facepalming over not saying so earlier. Head is really not in the game today. Stupid lurker habits.
...now I'm just rambling, bah. -
Another four-way vote pile-up this month, too! I swear you people do this to me on purpose...
But, I'm going with Alex this round, because every darn time I look at that one, I get the heebie-jeebies! Though everyone else pulled in some good work this round, too. -
Zombie Liberty is cute, in a very creepy sort of way.
...I somehow feel odd about stating that.
Still, more things keep lining up, and once again I find myself reaching for the d6... though if this keeps up I may need to bust out the d20 to decide! -
Gonna be another tough competition at this rate. >.>

The content of the picture scares me only slightly less than the fact that he took the screenshot in the first place.

Who wouldn't take a picture of that! SEXY!

...This is going down in my record book of people that I should question whether I really want to click the links of.
Clearly you're mad, dear sir! MAD! -
Dizang. That's fairly stunning.
Epic score, mang. -

heh, I know...I'm just picturing a prep with a couple of goth chicks, I fear for her life, er, unlife.

War Witch, Numina, and Ghos Widow should have an ethereal slumber party.

...I'd sell tickets to that, no joke. -
Woo!
A very nice piece, for one of my favorite non-Asian signature heroes.
Always loved the color scheme on her costume. -

There are no legal ramifications for me saying that here, are there?

Yes. It involves hours of torture or somethin....

TA is the pretty, prettiest princess of them all!
*runs for safety*

It's gonna be another month or so before I stop thinking of him as Magical Girl Pretty TA. :/ -
Grats on 50! That's always a good feeling, no matter if it's the first, second, third, fourth, or fifth time.
And good luck! Comissions always felt like a big step up, to me, and I'm sure you'll do great.
...sadly, I'm almost perpetually broke, or I'd consider it. >.> -
Huh, I could have thought I left a comment last night. D:
Very vivacious, Soul. And a very clean, tasteful piece, too! -
I'm sure TA still has his TA-tan art bit around here someplace.
...which is just as hilarious as this is. -

oh why did you stop? I'm finding it a nice break from Coh.

Lack of funding, sadly. Only reason I'm still playing CoH/V is a year sub. :/ -

That explains the mystery of the invisible Juggy.
And, a very awesome piece, too! The toe tag got a chuckle. -
Well, darnit.
Now I feel even more like the naughty girl I am. :/ -
Heh. As stated, she's worn both a lot depending on the artist that was drawing her at the time (and, of course, like many female characters has had her bust line all over the place. I swear, the only woman in comic books with a consistent bust-line is Power Girl, and that's because it's hard to ruin 'ginormous'), and I don't think it detracted from the piece at all.
It's very stunning and high-quality, and your reasonings for leaving it out are very solid. :3 -
I'm not surprised at all that I picked up on that so fast.
...for reasons that I don't think I need to go into here, as previously indicated.
Still, that's the most minor caveat ever, and from what I can tell it looks like (from the coloring alone - which could be the lighting) that hose were substituted for the fishnets, which is a perfectly acceptable change (and has been done by various artists in comic books for a while in relation to the character anyway).
