I'd just like to chime in with my two cents saying that Global Chat handles and channels are without a doubt the best thing I can think of, and I don't know how any other game can exist without that system and the developers not feel ashamed of themselves. It is inconceivable that any new mmo would NOT have this sort of system, and if anyone is making such a beast now they deserve to be shot.
