I am trying to build my BS/SD scrap. I will use it mostly for PVE.
I think I have effectively done my recharge and defense bonuses but I'm sure there are a dozen ways to do it. Feedback is appreciated. And as far as when I picked the powers, didn't put alot of thought behind it..... toon is already 44.

Sorry...dont know how to export my build other than this way.

Anyone see any Patch notes? It would be nice to see what they tweeked.

Since the release of this latest issue the ITF lag has reverted back to its orginal state. Sat and Sunday I ran 3 ITF's and of course the 3rd mission on the sand was bad (Actually Worse than normal), but even by the computer it was bad. Then the final mission was very bad as well. Didn't matter where we were fighting -- the court yard with Rommy or the roof tops. The Lag wasn't isolated to just me....... the rest of the teams were getting it as well. I would like to think this is on the priority list for the Devs to resolve. It almost makes the TF unplayable or at the very least very aggrivating.

I posted this in this forum because this issue release has caused the major step back in lag on this TF and I have played the ITF at least 1 or 2 times a week prior to the release.
