Hummm... looking at the Server-Wide entries for Protector, I noticed no-one here entered a Male Character (Hero or Villain) in the contest ?
I am befuddled... -

Quote:Then I'm switching back to Greenknight (lvl 23 Broadsword/Regen scrapper). I'll keep the lvl 29 blaster in reserve for Citadel and <shudder> Manticore. So in a moment of total fail, I made a mistake. This week's TF is NOT Citadel; it's Moonfire. Sorry for any inconvenience and please let me know if you can't make it!

Maybe not the "best" movie line ever, but one of my favorites:
Will: (talking to a guy thru a pub's window) Do you like apples?
Clark: Yeah.
Will: (putting a piece of paper against the window) Well, I got her number. How do you like them apples?

Quote:You would still have to buy Canadian stamps with Canadian money, and believe me, it might end up costing you more !Or they could just drive up to the boarder and toss the cards across
As a matter of fact, I could hand-deliver Stalemate's... but when I tried last year, I had some problems with the security system of his fortress, and almost got nailed by those %?&$% swivel-mounted laser beams... -

Quote:According to that website, a regular 2 ounce square enveloppe costs $1.20 as "First-Class Mail International Letter".It cost me less than the prices they are listing there.
Way less.
Think it was $1.89 to the Philippines, so Canada should be less since they can drive there without flooding the engines.
But to make sure, I would go to your local Post Office and ask.
Just for comparisons, it costs me $0.98 to mail an enveloppe from Canada to the US, or $1.65 overseas (no matter where).
Speaking of overseas, anyone heard about Globetrotter this year ? -
Quote:Here:Does it cost extra to mail cards to Canada? And if so. . .Does anyone know how much?

Quote:Under the "File" menu, there's an option to download it as Text, Excel, HTML, OpenOffice, etc.is there a way for us to change the way it looks so we can print it out on one page for easy addressing, etc?
Just download it and re-format it as you wish (that's what I'm gonna do). -

Quote:If you mean Saturday December 5th, please count me in.Yeah yeah, usually when I start one of these things it's got a clever title vaguely referencing the theme. However, after two weeks of wracking my brain, I got nothing.
At any rate, this Saturday (December 7) I'm going to put together a Lady Grey Task Force. I'd like to begin gathering at 8PM Eastern. The theme for this run will be 'Favorite Web Comic Character'. Who's interested?

Quote:I'm half-tempted to merge this year's list with last year's one, and send a card to everybody !..*pouts* I see a few people missing who did it before. So sadz.
... but I don't know if it would be a good idea: they might have good reasons not to participate, and I don't want to make anyone feel guilty... -
Quote:I got the link to the page, and it works. If you want, River, I can send you an Excel copy of the file.I got the link to the page, but I can't access it.
I sent a request to get access.
Badge: I see you've entered non-relevant information on the form. If you want to receive my Christmas card (no e-card from me, I'm Old Skool all the way), send me an PM or an email to dmayrand at gmail.com with your coordinates, please.
Loco: I could send it to the address you've put, but a last name would look better on the enveloppe next to your first name Again, PM or email, please. -
