They were combined. Only words, after the fact, attempt to divide them.
They were not "combined". The Incarnate System is not part of Going Rogue. Repeating yourself endlessly is not going to make it true. -

I just watched the video on the front page of the official website and it showed some heroes attacking one hero that as flying through first ward zone and when they chased him to gank him, the went to top of that buidling where Numina is at and there was a whole group of other heroes there to gank the four heros attacking that one hero.
That makes me have to ask, have the devs turned first ward into a PVP zone? -
This is something of an old issue, but Mids' doesn't open in a maximized window for me, even if I set that in the shortcut's properties.
