i live in indy, just south of fountain square. if bowling is an idea you like, then check out the duckpin bowling alley in foutain square. it's on the top floor of building which has a well kept 50's style malt shop on the ground floor. i will go by and get all the numbers to email ya so you can check it out (or not). it's very close to downtown and easy to get back and forth. i'll go where ever the action is, but if you don't like the duckpin idea, then i second IUPUI. if the park thing is where is what ya'll decide on, then there is military park in downtown. it's about 2/3 of the way from the comvention center to IUPUI. be warned though, indy in mid aug is rough weather wise. odds are good it will either be over 80 with high humidity or storming.
p.s. - i also second replica badges. i am a trucker so having a replica trucker badge would rock!!
