My understanding is Chiz wants to join The Renegades because he knows people here already. I don't think it was ever his intention to use you to get himself started, The Renegades would have given him all the IOs and strat etc. he needed to get started anyways. Nah. BiB had significantly more range than blaze. Blaze was only like 15 feet base, so you almost had to get into melee to use it, which made it unrealistic for spiking or any sort of serious PvP, really.

As far as I know, I had the only fire/em blaster out of the original PvP'ers. Everybody else had ice/em or ice/whatever.
