Every issue, I get excited to see what new costumes I can adorn my characters with, only to be disappointed at either not getting any or only a trickle! I know that we did get costumes for GR and with the booster packs which is great -- Kudos Devs! But lately, the costume textures have just not been there (or in miniscule numbers). All I can say at this point is, the old textures have lost their lusture and I'm thoroughly tired of using them!!! Where's the fresh blood of new textures? Why do we only get one or two every so often and that's it (they really don't take long to make)? Why can we have more and more frequently?!

Of course I would like them for free, but I wouldn't mind paying for them if there was a booster pack bursting with them! I would suggest a texture design costume, but I don't know how the logistics of that would work. I've been pickin' at this bone for a while and I just had to come to the forum to express it.

It time for to pull this specie from the brink of extinction and let it thrive and flourish once again!

I asked one of my best friends if he could be a superhero what would he want to look like and here's the result. He didn't come up with a name for this powered version of himself yet so for now I'm calling him NOBO!

I would go with option 1.

Many of the old textures do need updating. I would also like to add that many of the texture don't play well together. This is something that should be strongly considered as well in this new direction. In your effort to get feedback, it would be great if we can offer you visual suggestions about this. CoH/V-GR has a lot of great textures and with a few additional pieces added, we can create more "pull together" costumes!

Hey PS, I'm glad that you like the mockup! It does kinda have the "Colossus" feel, but I really wasn't going for that, LOL! My thought was making the armour multi-banded for greater movement. Plus, when I sketched it, it didn't seem too much like Colossus,...see.

Here's my take on Powerstream!

Maybe I shouldn't say this but when I watch these vids and they make statements like you can make the character that you imagine, I have to roll my eyes -- I can imagine a lot! There are a lot of powerset in this game that we don't have and won't have due to the limitations of time and game mechanics. In addition, on the costume front (which is of particular importance to me) I certainly can't make a lot of the characters looks I would like to make!!!
