Well, after a few weeks of altoholism I'm mainly back playing Twisted now, and noticed that the VG seems pretty quiet... many people still got one of these active?

I thought late Saturday afternoon might be best for catching people on-line, hopefully wouldn't take more than a few minutes. Also might give us a nice picture to post in forums

Always good to team with you, and the Rifles was perhaps your best idea yet, so we should get together and do that sometime. Unfortunately Saturday night is when i *try* to have a life but I'm sure to see you online at some point

Appologies for thread hijack but...

...was duoing with someone last night and they started asking me what the point of being in an SG was (and I noticed they were in E.V.I.L). Replied that a good SG rocks - good teams/chat etc, with bases as a bonus. They were a bit less then happy, because since joining E.V.I.L. they found the only difference it made to their game was that they were constantly sent tells telling them to be in SG mode. Since they were level 31 they were really concerned that this would mean they would not have enough inf to buy enhancements, and this was spoiling their game and they were thinking of quitting.

You may want to explain to new members that if they stay in SG mode you will channel them some Inf from your high levels so they can afford to upgrade when necessary (I hope you do this ). Oh, and maybe invite them to some teams as well

Anyway - hijack over, just thought you should know...

Ils - TBH I think we need to sort out a regular meet for the IR's, because as much as I love playing with them I don't think they're going to be my main... and I know a lot of you have other toons to level too (me, I want to get my villain to 40, preferably before the next issue hits but *very* unlikely).

The Rifles concept really only works when we're all on a team together, so how about people post here when they want a Rifles team for the night? We did that Monday, and it all rocked! Do people want to do a regular 1 or 2 nights a week, or should we keep it more random?

There are more Masterminds's then you can shake a stick at, so I wouldn't add to that particular horde...

If you want to team a lot then I believe /kinetics are in demand (Corruptor?), especially as they hit the higher levels, whereas I've seen people complain that their dominators aren't really required. When I'm looking for people to team with my corruptor I tend to look for Brutes, other corruptors, dominators then stalkers in that order.

Well D, if you're after a unique build for a commander then energy/invun may not be the best choice, given it's one of the standard builds for a Terminator (and is already being run by Fea'Ther )

Also, Wes is Huge build is he not? I always pictured the Commander as being more standard size but with slightly fancier armour then the standard rifleman - and a ranged attack of some sort. Pistol Scrapper?

Newbie Tanker question here.

Since Taunt is pretty much a signature power of this AT I would have though it was worth slotting, but a lot of builds I've seen only seem to put the a recharge in the default and leave it at that, so what's the verdict? Is it worth putting extra slots in, and if so with which enhancements?

On an alternative note - any decision on 'standard' travel powers or is everyone going for whatever fits their build?

Also got to 10 last night with my Terminator, so now I have Taunt to pull the aggro off of the squishy types . And on that note, how is the balance of AT's looking in the Rifles? It may just be be me, but I've rarely got on a team with more then 2 or 3 Blasters from the SG on it (and that's a team of eight...). Do we have too many 'alternative' builds and not enough Riflemen?

Well, I've started levelling Fea'Ther as a team aggro holder. Not sure If I'll enjoy it yet, but since I have absolutely no idea as to how to build a Tank can anyone post an Inv/En build for me to follow? Don't fancy trawling the forums for build advice on yet another AT

My shiny new tank (Fea'Ther) put on a few levels under Doulos expert tutilege tonight, but some help to 14 would be appreciated. As it happens I have tomorrow night and Thursday night free, so post your idea on how to make me useful to the Rifles in the quickest time possible
