Well, I figured out what was causing it; the real time protection on my anti-virus. Decided to try disabling it this morning, and sure enough, game's playing smooth as silk. Funny that it only affected CoH and none of my other games, but ah well. Just have to remember to re-enable it after I'm done playing.
Playing with anit-virus is the only thing I have not tried yet, any attempts I made at turning down the graphics made no difference what's so ever to improving my performance so this weekend my server will be having a raid in the RWZ so I can test to see if the anti-virus is causing my woes as well. :crosses fingers:

So hopefully I'll have things dialed back in by the next Hamme raid.

Welp it was a galent attempt thanks to Pepsi, La, Blood_Bert, Ullie, Capa, MirAdj and Ribic.
We only had one death, and no it wasn't Pepsi, in fact Pepsi managed to pull Req and Rommie each, hooking up the multi-milker 1000 at the same time!
I will try this again next weekend same same time same place, so till then have a great week.

As for a server merge, now way it would create too many head aches to want to deal with.
To Matt the best thing to do is maybe try announcing some event in the forums to give people enough time to know about it. So far the TF's I have posted about forming here in the forums has had good response for participation. -
