Could I get a PM with instructions as well? As someone else said earlier, the blinding white screen is a bit much when you mostly play redside.

I completely forgot I even had lore until I saw people bring them out during the recluse fight, so I think you're right about no one using them before that.

For any of you that prefer redside I've created a new global channel called Global Villains for villains from all servers to chat. It's mostly a channel for villain events such as Strike Force Sundays and VEAT Madness to be discussed and for people who have trouble finding redside teams on their server to maybe find another server that's more active. Anyway, type /chan_join "Global Villains" if you're interested in joining.

I've created a global channel named Global Villains and I invite villains from all servers to join! This channel is intended for players who prefer redside. I plan on adding info for villain events to the message of the day so if any server has an event you might be interested in you'll know about it. I currently only have 2 events from the Protector server listed, so if you run a villain event or know about one join the channel and let me know!
For any that are new to global channels, you can join by typing the following command in game:
/Chan_Join "Global Villains" -

Woohoo, I figured out how to get internet access at work!
Anyway, today around 5pm PST I'll be on redside running lowbie missions and hopefully lowbie sewer trials. If anyone's interested in joining me keep an eye on the Protector Vigilance channel. -

I think I'm going to start with a dark/thermal controller and work from there...it kind of annoys me a little that the new dark (which looks really, REALLY cool) and the old dark don't match now. I have a dark/dark dominator planned out. I've played with it a bit on beta and I've been loving it.
Once staff melee gets released I'll be making a stalker, either staff/SR or staff/nin, haven't decided yet. -
Due to some car issues I may not be home in time for the ITF, so don't wait around for me. I know I'll be around for the rest though.

Anywho, last sunday went well, we even fought off a rikti invasion before starting. Also we did both SFs in record time!*
*at least in my SFS records, I know they've been done faster by non SFS teams at some point.

Now, according to the List we'll be doing the two mid-level Ouroboros strike forces, Mender Tesseract and Mender Lazarus. We can usually get both done in under an hour without any trouble. I've always thought a cool event idea would be a sort of "Gauntlet" made in AE. Basically a series of fights with progressively harder enemies and the person who gets the farthest wins. Of course the fun part would be to try and make some of the higher tier battles unbeatable and see if anyone surprises you. The thing is I've never been able to figure out how to do something like this with AE so I'm not even sure if it's possible.

Sadly this week we didn't have enough people to start. I had a Yeti and an Omega, and while they're both awesome the game still only counts them as 1 player each. Protector seemed a bit dead this weekend, at least during "prime time" so we'll try again next sunday and hope it's a bit more lively.

With 3 time manipulation characters this week Posi didn't stand a chance! We filled the team very quickly this time around via word of mouth, so I never even got around to spamming the globals to fill out the team. As a bonus, I hadn't realized that my Wolf Spider had never done this one before, so I got a surprise badge at the end!

So next up on the List is the 1st Villain Respec Trial. Since that one is usually pretty quick I plan on doing a Operative Renault Strike Force afterwards. Go ahead and put me down for all of them. I'll plan on bringing Zaloopa, my Elec/Dark brute, but will be willing to switch characters if the team ends up needing something else.

I have villains in all those ranges except 20-25 and would be willing to help out. My weekday hours are pretty limited at the moment due to work, but I should be able meet up with you on the weekend sometime.
CORRECTION: The character I thought was in the 25-30 range is actually 31 now, so I guess I can't help with that one. -
Brainnnnnsssssss! Oh, sorry about that. I got bit by a zombie after last sunday's Tarikoss run. So as you may have guessed we triggered a zombie invasion again and managed to get all those badges and the pumkin head costume piece!

Well, as long as this old guide has been brought back to life I'll add a nice tactic that's appeared recently.
If at any point you have to talk to an NPC in a mission and you think you may end up fighting them when you're done talking, you can take the time to place about 10 mines at their feet before you talk. Once the conversation ends and they decide they don't like you - BAM! Suddenly the wall has an interesting new paint job.
