    I just say we should all make a vague effort to pick maneuvers, but really our main problem is finding a way of taking the alpha. So far I think fearsome stare would be best at that

    Not saying not to but... what would be the use of dark's, rad's and storm's to-hit debuffs, then?

  3. Secondry, for your concept, I would advise to go for Elec or Rad, because they both have melee based attack. I would lean towards rad, as alot of the attacks look like they could be done in melee (like neutrino bolt, looks like a punch, seems like a melee attack at a short range) and also it has two point blank attacks, irradiate and atomic blast (the nuke).

    As for primary, they are both kinda equal. Rad will give you (and your team) alot more survivability, making you meleeing easier. It also has an AoE hold, a melee toggle, and a handy, easy-to-use heal. Kinetics, on the other hand, is a set that doesn't promote meleeing as such, in that it makes it easier, but instead it requires melee for full effect. Transfusion is an enemy based heal, transference tops-up end from melee, and fulcrum gives you the best buff when you are surrounded by enemies.

    So, rad/rad for a nice full concept, or kin/rad if rad primary doesn't appeal.

    I think Fearsome stare is the best opener we'll have tbh. It stops an alpha from all but bosses, which can be healed back.
    Yes, I know the stats of freezing rain.

    Yes, I know it is a good opener from out of LoS. However, that is quite hard to do in a cave.

    Melian, just though I'd say, Freezing rain is NOT a good opener! I've tried it, and it just results in death. It only has a small chance for knockdown.

    Guys, we really need to do something about the whole death thing. I say, we either all get maneuvers and hope for the best, or rads get fallout and rez and a few people get vengeance so we can play on it

    Fulcrum shift. 25% per mob (10 at most), and 50% from caster. That gives, optimumly, a 300% buff per Fulcrum. Also, you can stack multiple siphon powers per caster quite easily.

    2x fulcrum gets the cap on its own. Until then, assault is good enough, with siphon power.

    I disagree with your tough and weave comment, i think its necessary as you dont always have the same level or lower mobs. Generally they're always higher and that comes with that is the great chance that not all cinder/cage will hit them.

    I have ONE! -end red. in my powers atm i admit to having a blue craving but only slightly more than normal as i said rest is there for a reason perhaps when i get to 50 or get enough inf going i'll buy end red enhanc and it'll make it alot easier maybe even not need blues as much. aswlel as with the +end power

    Edit: forgot to mention...

    Hit 32 recieved imps, can solo 15 or so white/yellows with a few yellow/red/blues. i choose hotfeet at 30 helped quite a bit. (looking at the "how do you run hotfeet" comment made me laugh. the -end from it is pathetic...made me giggle :P )

    i still dont think im going to respec stamina in but i may change around a bit well see

    But I'd like to try an all emp/ team personally. Double/Triple stacked for per person ftw
