I originally only wanted one present claimed per person, but to be honest I have no way of knowing if multiple accounts are being entered unless it's a situation like Redoubt/Redoubt2. I would be okay with 1 present per account.
The other rules do apply, however. The prize will only be awarded to the toon in the picture, and only 1 prize per account. -
