However, the team I'm on will be doing the ITF over in Cimerora, so no sub 35's need apply.

My /kin needs to do this before i16 rolls out for two reasons. The nerf to fs on trollers/corruptors and the nerf to the merit reward. ( Special thanks to all you itf speedsters..wait!, what? ; P )

Now, I never said that.

I believe all my...ah..verifications should be special and each one should be done properly to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction..err..authentication.

However, In the interest of expediency, I would be more than willing to verify two girls at the same time. Assuming, of course, that all parties are agreeable to that.

In fact, I feel that it could definitely enhance the verification process.

As a male member (O.o) of the Victory community, I find it difficult to believe that you need cards to verify you are girls.


However, in the interest of honest relations between the sexes, I'm volunteering to verify personally that you all are of the female persuasion. This could be a potentially hazardous mission, but I definitely feel up to the task.

Depending on what we are running and the team make-up, I have a lvl 45 crab that could use some PL..err..love.

I have to agree with some of the others that posted here that there may be some issues with your newsletter delivery system.

I stopped getting any newsletters sometime in around December. I did check my NCsoft info and found it to be correct and the recieve newsletter box was checked. I re-initialized the info just to be on the safe side.

My email client is set to put all email it considers spam into a specific folder. It does not block or delete. Unless these emails are being blocked at the ISP level (for whatever reason), I should see the newsletter show up.

Other people in a weekly SG I am in have commented on similar issues with the newsletter. In fairness, a good number in the SG did recieve the most recent newsletter.

After running 3 or 5 newspaper missions (depending on your level) in a zone, you shouldn't be able to run any more until you talk to a broker.

At that point you should be offered a mayhem mission in one of the Paragon City zones.

Once you complete the mayhem mission, upon talking to the broker, he should introduce you to a new contact. This assumes you haven't outleveled the zone or already gained all the contacts to be had at your level.

If there is still room, I have a lvl 46 WS that hasn't done this.

I would like in on this if there is a spot open. I have a few toons that need Numina or I can bring a rad of some type if there is concern about the AV.


I am surprised that McGruff the crime dog, er... I mean Voodoo, didn't point out to those wanting to bring an Iso that Numina has the possibility of capping a toon out at lvl 41. I say possibility because in my experience Numina gives piss-poor xp and you are lucky if you get 6-7 bubs out of the tf.
