Wild_Red

Wild watched as Kata moved out of the line of fire, Wild then looked at the misty particles. She knew something was there. "This one's all yours." She said to the cloud. Wild turned and set her sights on Slashshade. She ached all over but there was no way Wild was going to let a meat doctor beat her.

She flew up so she was on the same level as Ed and the Doc. She aimed a powerful proton volley at Slashshades unprotected back.

"Not while I'm here." Wild growled. She siphoned off some health from the closest freak that washed over her and Kata. Kata lay at Wild's feet as she drained the freaks at the same time as attacking them. A dark swirl of shadow caught the corner of Wild's vision. She ignored it and concentrated on the fight at hand.

Jaw clenched, Wild sapped at the Freaks energy, health and power. She knew she could not keep it up for long. Four freaks would eventually get the better of her.

Wild Red had found temporary cover behind one of the pillars. She felt far more calm and renewed. She surveyed the chaos around her. Ed was after the meat Doc, the girl with the rocket boots had gone after the snipers. Tim was stood relatively near the doorway, she reminded herself to thank him later. Kata had 4 Freaks opening fire on her, Wild Red ran over to help her. Firing small bolts of radiation as she made her way to Kata's side.

Wild Red took a deep breath, she felt a lot better. She looked around at the state of the hero's, they were losing badly. As much as she hated to admit they needed to work together to get out of this. She had to move quickly, She pulled the mask down from over her face. Blood red lips contrasted starkly with her pale skin. A purple bruise was starting to bloom on the right hand side of her face.

She moved into the middle of as many freaks as she could. Her lips turned upwards in a twisted smile. She threw her arms out and anyone within range was surrounded by a blue and white light (fulcrum shift). Freaks were weakened and the Heroes were strengthened. Then she crossed her arms and shook with concentration. A few moments later she was surrounded by a green mushroom cloud of radiation (Nuke). Left severely drained again, Wild Red looked for cover and hoped she had done enough to allow everyone to regroup.

I love villian RP. I would like to see more of it. But perhaps it would be a good start to get a regular meet up going in pocket D (then we can indulge in the hero bashing ) Then the meet up can be moved out of pocket D when we have an established group. (Just a suggestion)

Wild Red could see that it was a dire situation. She was exhausted and almost good for nothing... almost!

She raised her hand and started blasting the hero's with the familiar blue glow (speed boost).

Wild Red started to wake up, she could hear the sounds of the continuing fight.

"Oh Sh....!" Wild Red tried to dodge out of the way of the spinning blades. One cut across her shoulder, another hit her leg. The explosion from the grenade lifted her from her feet and threw her into the wall. She landed on the floor in a crumpled heap, unconscious.

"Who died and put you in charge Kata?" Wild Red snapped at the woman, who looked just as frustrated with the whole situation as she was. Wild Red climbed the stairs and stepped through the open doorway.

Wild Red's adrenlaline was pumping. Her head was starting to pound with the music. She fired off a radiation blast into the speakers, hopeing they would blow up.

Wild Red saw everyone take defensive positions. She stood her ground waiting along with everyone else, for the fight to start.

"I don't think you need to worry about the machine." She called across to the others. She stood up and slowly backed down the stairs keeping an eye on the door.

As Wild Red moved closer to Ed, Skip and someone she did not even know had been there, she saw the flight of steps. She climbed the stairs and checked the door at the top. It was sealed as tightly shut as the Iris. She sat down on the stairs with a sigh. Ignoring the others as they talked about buttons and levers.

"I really do some dumb things." As she tried to ease the pain in her hand.

Wild Red checked the wound.

"Nice job Darkness." She slowly removed the makeshift tourniquet. Checked the wound was still sealed, she then gave the Freak the once over. "He will live, he just needs rest and water. He should be moved somewhere less damp through." She pointed to the muck covered floor.

Wild Red stood up and followed the speedy kid's voice. As she passed one of the pillars, she punched it. Ignoring the sicking cruch and the shooting pain up her arm. She hated being reminded of who she once was.

Wild Red huffed and moved closer to examine the wound.

"Who knew a trip to the city would also send me down memory lane." she mumbled. She tore a section of material from her cloak. Put a large knot in the middle and knelt down next to the Freak. She fitted the knot into the Freak's armpit and tightened the fabric around his arm. She knotted it as tight as it would go, at which the Freak screamed in agony. She took the freaks hand and raised the arm.

"Darkness can you quarterise the wound with your heat visiony thing?" She asked.

Wild red looks up and see's Ed heating up the boxes. She realises what will happen.

"WAIT!" She screams at Ed. She takes off at high speed to attempt to stop him.

While Ed hauled the boxes to the door, Wild Red examined the pillars.

"This is not right!" She commented, deep in thought.

Wild Red watched as the freak Ed had flown up to attack had dropped out of the air and landed a few feet in front of her. Wild Red readied up another powerful blast of radiation.

Ahh right. good thing we have an OOC thread. My misunderstanding lol

I think Rock's attampt at splitting the group up has got lost. Shall we all just be in the same room when the iris shuts?

"As the song goes... You ain't seen nothin' yet!" Red laughed. As Ed went after the one flying freak, Red targeted the other. Ignoring the still unsteady freak clambering to his feet. She steadied her arm and glowed green as she concentrated (aim), Then released an overkill volley of radiation blasts.

The cage fell as Wild Red released another radiation ball. It ricocheted inside bars. "Good thing I came prepared." Wild Red reached into a small compartment on her belt and pulled out a small device. Something else she had stolen. She pushed the button and the tesla cage deactivated.

She looked to where Ed was still fighting. There was a pool of blood at his feet. Red could clearly see Ed's regeneration was struggling to keep up with the damage the Freaks were doing. Red extended her hand and hit Ed with a jet of blue light (speed boost). She then ran up as close behind Ed and targeted the closest Freak. Quickly one after the other she started siphoning off power, healing and speed for herself and Ed.

"Well let's see if the meditation worked." Wild Red composed herself, gathering energy. Suddenly she dropped a massive ball of Radiation on the group ((Neutron bomb)). She smiled as it passed over Ed with no effect and hurt the Freaks. She landed a few feet behind Ed and started throwing balls of radiation out. Adding damage to Ed's already powerful attacks.

At the sound of the door slamming shut, Wild Red turned on the spot.

"Ah [censored]." she said at the now tightly closed Iris. At Ed's words she turned again. Trying to spot the Freaks Ed had seen.

Wild Red watched as Ed's wounds closed up almost immediatly. " Regeneration, impressive " She thought.

After Ed had stepped through the door. Wild Red followed and floated up close to the ceiling. She kept her distance from the unsafe looking wiring. Keeping Ed in sight she started looking for anything unusual. Apart from the ear pounding music, it was too quiet and it was setting Wild Red on edge.
