There is a off-line version of the costume creator floating around there in cyberspace. It was offered for free on the Korean website, and then someone figured out how to make it english. It is, however, old and does not contain the newer costumes.

Ok technophiles out there, anyone got any idea of how you might access the costume generator once the losers at nc soft pull the plug? There has to be some way to fool your pc into thinking your online. I love the costume generator, I use it to make pics for a lot of table top role playing games. Thoughts?
