Can't get demorecord to work

I've tried to use Demorecord to save some of my favourite toons for posterity (and maybe make a movie or two) but I just can't make it work

I've followed the instructions in the ParagonWiki to create a shortcut for the client launcher and give it a tag at the end of the target, and I've even trued using Sloth's CoHdemolauncher2 but nothing seems to work

I'd be really grateful for any help - I'm running Win7 and a GTX460 with 8 gigs of ram so should be ok - but this one has me confuzzled
