Basically NCSoft did a prorated refund of outstanding subscription time from September 1st onward.
Also, they refunded all points purchases back to August...25th if I'm not mistaken.
They did this for everyone.

Thumbing through my credit card bill I spot NCSoft on the list. NCsoft have had a space on my bill for so long I barely register that it is there (or that it shouldn't be) until I see CR next to the transaction's value. Hmm, credit, a refund? I didn't ask for a refund for anything. Why are NCSoft on there in the first place?
