I have seen a few different comments about this..is our VIP status frozen, as is, or will it lapse, when the billing date comes?
My date is the 15th I think, and just started playing around on Beta. If it does make me non vip on the 15th..will I be unable to access beta?

You won't be un-VIPed and even if you were, Beta is open access now.
Edit: And I am certain of both. My rebill date has come and gone and I'm still VIP, and I have a Premium friend who plays on Beta with me.
