I'm a newcomer to Virtue. I migrated from Pinnacle less then a year ago, and never really got to know much of anybody. You might have seen me snarking off in Help under the alias "Demon Digger" or "Thoughtforce", but I doubt those names mean much to anyone.
I'd just like to say it's been my honor and privilege to play on Virtue with such a fine and awesome bunch of people. You made CoH fun to play again after the wastelands of Pinnacle. I wish I could have known you.
But in this, our final hour, know that I shall not abandon you. I plan on being there the day the servers are turned off, even if I have to skip work.
CoH was my first MMO - I plan to be there, holding it's hand, as Life Support is shut off. I've brought over the last batch of Pinnacle refugees so you might see a Level 50 Dark Melee/Super Reflexes Scrapper by the name of Night-Raider wandering around King's Row - or a maniac named Grinmace Redside. Or maybe you'll still see Demon Digger smarting off in Help.
Regardless, I guess all I can say is... "See you on the other side, Ray."
