Synopsis: Captain Flak, Mezmo, and RetroBution are the local costumed heroes. They have no super powers, but provide super community services, as they like to call them. This night, before they go on street patrol, they will meet their biggest fan – an overly enthusiastic nine-year-old boy, who thinks they really have super powers.
