Staff/Ninjitsu Stalker

Hello.

I am looking for help for a build regarding a Staff/Ninjitsu Stalker. My Stalker can do fine in regular fights but drains a ton of Endurance. I am told this is a side effect of the Staff powerset. So I am trying to find a good build that will help with the endurance drain while letting me be able to Solo with her.

The builds I have read have set IOs slotted and I can't afford to get all those IOs for my character so I am looking for a solution using regular IOs and then maybe later on when I am 50 I can get decent IOs sets later on. Purples are not an option at the moment as they are to expensive to slot a character with them and I don't have that kind of money to do that.

Right now she is at level 31. I tend to use Hide and start my fights with Assassin's Staff on the strongest guy first since that (as far as I know at the moment) is the attack that deals the most damage. I do use AoE attacks like Guarded Spin and Eye of the Storm as well as Caltraps.

The Build I have planned for her is the following:

Primary Power: Staff
Secondary: Ninjitsu

Travel: Jump
* Combat Jump
* Super Jump
* Acrobatics

Ancillary: Body Mastery
* Superior Conditioning
* Focused Accuracy
* Physical Perfection

Patron: Mu Mastery
* Zapp
* Ball Lightning
* Summon Adept

I have no interest in Super Speed or Fly. I didn't take Hasten cause at the time my powers were recharging decently that is until I got to higher levels.

So I am hoping you all can help me out. I do appreciate your time and efforts.

Thanks,
- D -

Additional Note: Placate and Smoke bombs are optional for me. So they do not have to be included unless I have to take a power and no other power options I need/want are available at that time.
