I have recently came back to CoH from a 3 year absence. I have been working on getting a few of my hero/villains up to the 50 mark. I have no clue at this moment of incarnates, but i do want to pick peoples brains about trying to IO out my soon to be 50 necro/dark. I have searched quite a few different threads dealing with either necro/ or /dark but haven't seen a recent one. So here is my idea for a build.
I would like to keep Teleport for themactic reasons (a Magician). But other then that things are pretty open.
