Quick Q, I was considering Psionic Lance (snipe) to be the third of my three single target attacks, along with Mental Blast, and Tele Thrust.
First, does it appear practical to rely on procs, buffs etc to allow instacast snipe?
And second, are mental blast and Tele thrust solid choices for my other two attacks?
