for the most part i am wanting a non water/ blaster and it is zone pvp besides that i am pretty open to options

This may be a question that is asked alot but im gonna ask it anyway. I need some help with PvP builds, and i mean alot of help, so would anyone be willing to provide me with some PvP builds that aren't rediculously overpriced. I can can put 600mil give or take a bit into this one toon, so please help me.
