I dont really get it. Lets say I'm an Earth troller.
I cast Stone Cages (AoE Immob) on a pack, it does damage so I have a chance to proc Immob or Fear... right?
If I cast it again while they are immobilised, I have 100% chances to stun them? It sounds too good.
