Electric control question

Is it worth slotting conductive aura with heal / end mod enhancements?

I have a preliminary build for SOs for an electric / earth dominator, and feedback would be welcome for that as well. I don't have access to IOs, being a returning premium player.

Any feedback provided is appreciated, and thank you in advance.

It's 5% regen and 3.13% recovery per enemy in range, with a lower than average tohit check (65% vs normal 75%). Adding heal and endmod enhancements to it aren't going to help much. Better to put them in Health and Stamina, which are constant (and bigger) buffs.

Not totally true...
While the +regen to yourself is not really worth it (having a low base hp), the +recovery totally is, since it is a LOT more often that you need more end. Also, the main idea in boosting the end mod is to help drain targets. With one or 2 end mod slotted, you can pretty much flatline a whole mod in 5 seconds, and KEEP then that way. Combined with all the other end draining in elec..it is great.
So yes..slot end mod in CA when you can.

Thank you for the replies.

If end drain is viable, then I'd like to build for it. I re-arranged slots in this new build to get more out of conductive aura, and also to get mud pots into the build earlier.
