I'm coming back to the game after about a year of off time. Recently rolled up a WP/STJ tank. I looking for any help with a viable pvp build. Mainly I'm looking for good survivabilty with decent damage and to hit. I have no idea how to slot it as this is my first go at a tanker. Appreciate any help I can get. Cost is not an issue. Lets get crazy with the IO's.
