High Collar capes without the collar

No, you've got it backwards. We need the option to wear the High Collar cape with only the collar and no cape. Easy mistake.
Issue 16 made me feel like this.

The High Popped Multiple Collars - the ultimate symbol of hero coolness.
I would also like this, a lot. The draped mantle over the shoulder type cape is a great design. But most of my characters who would use it just can't use the tall collar. I think this could be an easy implementation, comparatively...

I'd like to see both options, myself. Cape without the collar and collar without the cape are both good ideas.

I love the high collar capes, though I wish we had the option to use them without the actual collars. I'm thinking of large, voluminous draped "cloaks" - the sort that Batman would wear. Doesn't seem too complicated does it?
