Ice/Rad Corruptor

I just recently got back into CoX, so all my characters need respecing.

I'm looking for an Ice/Rad corruptor build. Currently, I'm still running with the fitness power pools, so a respec is long over due.

I'm not sure which strategy to use with the build, so any suggestions are welcomed.

Pretty vague, and it's hard to make a build if we have no idea what your goals are. Though I guess I understand a tad as you just rejoined. Anyways, from your sig it said you are ice/rad/mace so I decided to stick with that and stay with S/L soft cap. Almost perma hasten and AM, you are like 2 seconds or less off. It's a fairly cheap build I believe. I also left 6 whole slots open in case you wanted to change up some powers or something. Here you go.
