Well I'm not personally having this problem, but my friend is. It seems the NCsoft launcher has been forcing her computer to restart. But you're saying that what's REALLY happening is that something is hanging the machine when you try to reboot it?
Are they leaving the NCsoft launcher up all the time? If so, have them try my NCSoft launcher optimization HOWTO.
