Critique Pls: PVE Battle Axe / Shield Brute

Hello,

I've never built an axe or a shield toon, and it seemed like it might make a nice combo. I'm posting a build that I'm certain can be improved, but I'm not sure how best to do it. (For example, I have no idea how to slot OWTS).

I don't really care how expensive this gets.

My priorities for the build are:
1. capped (and preferrably iCapped) positional defenses
2. recharge
3. hp/regen

I believe that the damage will take care of itself, because, hey, it's a BRUTE with a fricking AXE!!!

I'll mostly be doing iTrials and TF's, but also just want an all-around fun toon.
