Crash limited to one Char.

So I just got done w/The Dark Host, and jumped into the TUNNEL to head back to Talos Island and put some stuff up at Wentworth's. Once I got there...the game froze, and the little 'report crash' window came up.
Reloaded and tried again, and after a few seconds, crash #2.
At this point I decided to switch characters, and logged in my 2nd character, who's in Atlas Park. No problem, so it's obviously not a video card/driver issue.
Tried a few more times to log in with the other, and it either crashes just as the load bar fills up, or crashes right as I can see TI, or lets me run around for a few seconds and then crashes.
I sent a Support ticket, how long is the typical wait for something like this? I'm on vacation this coming week, I'd hate to not be able to play.
