WM/SD PIck it apart

I'm bouncing back and forth from a tanker to brute, so not sure what I want to play, and I really am not possessed of time enough to "play both and figure it out" so I need to beat dead horses into undeath to make sure I'm getting the most informed decision I can.

Now my goal is to play a melee class that can tank itrials and such at the end, but also go through 4x8's like a lightsaber through whipped butter. I don't have really any high level experience with melee types and usually stick to the comfort of my troller, but now, I want to branch out and rock worlds.

Below is my WM/SD and oddly, I was able to get his res and def to almost the same as my tanker version in Mids.

THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN GIVING ADVISE PLEASE:
- I do not farm for 40 hours a week and have unlimited resources of inf.
(Hence why you don't see 8 ribosomes and every purple set he could have on him)

Thanks much!

Looks pretty good to me, pretty far from Perma Hasten, though.

You might consider swapping Vigor for Spiritual, if you hit Ageless enough, those should bridge the gap and bring it to perma. Though this would mainly just increase your damage potential.

You might swap the slots around a bit in your defensive powers, you only have 2 LOTGs in Phalanx Fighting. Since you're at the rule of 5 for the HP bonus, you might consider a different pairing, or no set. (Actually, you have 6 LOTGs in there, unless I'm mistaken, the rule of 5 still applies to those, they're just a separate set bonus, other than "7.5% recharge")

Which brings me to another point, you've got Destiny and Hybrid clicked, it'd be best for viewing if you leave those off. :P

Virusman is correct, you do have six LOTG +7.5 IOs in this build and only five will count, so that's one easy change to make since the sixth gets you nothing anyway. I don't see anything else I would change up in the build itself. You're also at six on the 10% regen bonus from LOTG so you may want to frankenslot a bit here and there since you aren't getting that sixth bonus anyhow.

I'd also agree with considering a change of Alpha, since Vigor's primary bonus of +Heal is going to be largely wasted on a WM/SD build (although the Accuracy and EndRedux are good on a Brute, so it is an understandable choice). I would consider Agility or Spiritual to get some more Recharge in. Agility would give you some additional Defense and would buff Stamina, while Spiritual would give you more recharge and would buff the stuns in Pulverize, Whirling Mace and Clobber.
