I haven't felt the need for it. Do you feel the need to have an immob for it?
With Burn most of the damage is up front, and only hits for 5 targets. If you're actively attacking, the mobs usually don't run all that far. Most of the time they don't leave the burn patch.
Throwing darts at the board to see if something sticks.....

yeah you really dont need it anymore. some move around cause their trying to get to you and cant.kind of like trying to find a spot.but for the most part people have tried it and it works fine but no one really picks it up anymore.youll most likely need two stacks of it to get bosses to hold.
