And why do you need someone to make a build for you? It's not difficult doing an SO build, there are no set bonuses to juggle around. Just freestyle it.
Its not so much i need someone to make it, i mean a guideline as to which powers to pick, and what to slot in them would be enough
Some of the things are going to be the same between the PB and WS. Others... well, just consider what you want, as far as accuracy, recharge, damage, etc. And remember, not more than 3 of any one type in a power.
You will end up loving powers you can just take and not slot, so you can move those slots elsewhere. (Nebform, the zone TP, etc.)
Even though i like the fact that Tri-Forms just got better, im not ready to spend millions/billions on it just yet. Could someone help me out? I wanna slot SO's on a Tri-Form build so i can "Test" it out before choosing for sure with going Tri-Form. Long as the build is effective, i would be greatly appreciated. I would do it myself but mids is no longer working for me.
