Hey guys! I'm here on behalf of a friend who has gotten frustrated lately trying to find a builder for their base. They are wanting their entire base redone into a different theme. They are willing to keep some of the current rooms because some of the current rooms are really frikkin awesome.
The new theme they are looking for is an office building with a secret passage to a hidden hero base. The current plot is 20x24 secure, with over 20mil inf total(as in if you were to go around and delete everything)
