How do you move the secret enterance?
Are you talking about the 2x2 room or the actual portal?
If you're talking about the room, then you need to have other rooms already built and room within teh base plot to then move it around. I forget what it says, but if you click say the floor in the room you want to move, then the UI should then present you with a "move room" option in one of the windows. I do it all the time, so I know it's possible.
If you're talking about the portal, then first of all it has to stay within the 2x2 room. Beyond that, clicking it and then click+drag to location will work just like with any other base item.
What I like to do if I have the spare prestige (usually).
Snag a larger plot size.
Position the plot so that the entrance is roughly where I want it to be (or centered).
Move the other rooms around where they need to be.
Decrease the plot size back to what it needs to was.
Actually, I don't think you even need spare prestige for that. You can just choose Tiny Hidden Spot and re-place it wherever you want.
I think what Hyperstrike is getting at is that for the smaller groups where prestige is still more rare than gold, it's not always easy for them to use the "buy a larger plot size, arrange base accordingly, downsize plot to minumum required" trick.
I think Hopeling is correct.
You only need to go to the "upgrade plot" editor, pick your current plot size, then move the grid around. You don't actually need to upgrade the plot.
In other words, you don't actually move the room... you move the grid around the room.

Can't seem to figure out how to move it...
Reports that say something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns -- the ones we don't know we don't know." - Donald Rumsfeld
