Task Force Info & Stats:

  • This Task Force requires an 8-person team to start & each member must be Level 50 & have his/her Alpha Slot Unlocked & Slotted
  • 3 missions
  • Tin Mage TF Badge(s): Alpha Struck & Master of Tin Mage's Task Force (no guarantees :smirk: ) for earning the following badges:
  1. Hacker: Destroy the War Walkers before the security team can be activated
  2. Midnight Dodger What Dodges at Midnight: Take no damage from Director 11 proximity mines
  3. Kitty's Got Claws: Defeat Bobcat
  4. Army of Neu: Defeat a small army of Neuron's Clones
  • Merit Reward: 40
  • Incarnate Threads: 2
  • This TF is open to both Heroes & Villains
  • If we have interest we may do a couple of runs or switch to the WST.
Mr E-Man’s MoTinMageTF Mission Notes:
  • General Instructions: Stick together & follow instructions. Always let the Tank/Brute grab aggro first – even before debuffs. Don't be shy to offer opinions/strategies.
  • Mission One: Make our way to the warehouse - clearing the area in front. One person with Assemble the Team stays out of the warehouse & the rest go in to click the glowies quickly (30 seconds). As soon as the last glowie is clicked we TP out (make sure you are set to auto accept tps). Drop pets (Shivans, HVAS, etc) & buff up (nukes, etc). Then enter the warehouse, pull Director 11 to the door area & take him out quickly before he can release his proximity bombs.
  • Mission Two: Defeat the Warworks.
  • Mission Three: Pull Neuron - defeat 100 points worth of his clones before taking him down. Neuron must be defeated before Bobcat drops to 50% health. Take down the Goliath War Walkers. Take down Bobcat. (The last two are not necessarily in that order.)
  • This is a most definitely a work in progress.

Congrats Everyone!

Looks like until the pet situation is fixed (ie, pets entering the warehouse & attacking D11 & crew before we are ready) we are going to wait for the tank to pull D11 to drop pets. It was still close, but at least this way it gives us a fighting chance.

Another couple of notes: staying high off the ground can help in avoiding the proximity bombs (I went up to near the rafters & did not get any proximity bomb notifications near me during the fight). Also popping some purple (defense) inspirations can be beneficial if a bomb goes off in your area - if it doesn't hit you, you take no damage.
