Is the best spot for the proc still in an ST attack? Is it flat out not worth it in an aoe?
Trying to decide if its better to slot 6/6 or a half way split..
If I do all 6, I gain 3% s/l (taking me to 58%) and the rech etc, but it will be going in AoD (titan weapons)
If I do 3 and 3, I gain 7% s/l (to 64) but lose like..1.5 to energy/negative. As well as no damage procs in those 2 attacks.
