Best bet is to take this to the Brute forums.
But here's a rework that gets close to what you had and doesn't leave you with an attack chain with almost no EndRedux.

hey everyone, thanks for taking your time to check this out. I recently got my War mace/Shield brute to 50, (Thank you Double XP Weekend) and I'm really excited to 'Pimp' my brute out. I've seen some impressive toons in the last couple months wielding a shield, and would like this toon to up there as well. I'd like to be able to solo +4x8 from time to time, but main focus on damage. I'd really appreciate if you could give me some advise, pointers, hints, ideas, or anything else you would be willing to offer. Feel free to give me a look at a build you have or one you came up with. When I created the build I posted below, I wasn't sure what I wanted to focus on. I stayed mostly toward defense I believe because so far, WM had proven to have high damage already. I took fly for character concept (fyi), i know it would have been more ideal to just take SJ or SS but idk... well, thanks for your time again.
P.S broken 'G' keys suck!
