So how many of these are bugged anyways? Is this a long standing issue? I've been taking a hero to villain side for a patron arc and have run into a couple issues.
Teach Kuwalski a lesson. First objective is to fine Officer Kuwalski, no problem. Then it changes to talking to him. When you talk to him it says something about taking care of the lost. So I've cleared out the entire map. There is a clicky, but it's not active and you cannot interact with it and Kuwalski has nothing else to say. Bugged.
Help Sarah Winters destroy the Circle. Basically the same thing. First you rescue her, then you're supposed to talk to her and she lectures you about bringing people in instead of killing them. That's it. No conversation options or anything of the sort. Cleared the map and there is also an inactive clicky. Nothing else to do. Bugged.
Are there more that I should know to drop on sight?
