Hey folks, this is mostly meant for one person who was looking for advice on how to IO... The best way I could find was to make a sample build for him. Hes a streetjustice/regen stalker. Im not incredibly familiar with SJ or stalker, so if you have suggestions for the spec feel free to say something.
He asked me to make something that can tank (as a stalker i imagine he meant just not die), but since hes new to IOing I imagine hes not incredibly rich so I tried to make it somewhat on the cheap. Here it is...

To the guy this is for... To open this build, copy and paste the whole data chunk above into the Name field of Mids then click Import from Forum post (next to file)
Also, I realize that I said "on the cheap" then put in Luck of the Gamblers and Numina's... Hero,reward,Incarnate merits all make these pretty obtainable so I dont consider them expensive.
