I cannot get past the load screen either. I have not played in a month and just ran the patch. The game stops responding as soon as it goes full screen and hangs there until I end it in Task Manager or click it and Windows 7 Home 64 Bit Premium allows me to close it as not responding. Meanwhile it is tying up over 700 Meg of memory.
I ran the repair tool and tried it again repeatedly and same thing.
Has anyone found a fix?
I've found this error as well... My solution was to disable the sandbox on my security software. If your software might be isolating CoH in some way, due to it being a new version of the executable (because it was just updated) and thus not on the "safe program" lists... Feel free to look for a sandbox/isolation/limitation function in the security software you have and either add an exception or (not recommended) disable the feature.

On almost every patch I get this happening because my security software has detected a significant change in the file. Normally I alt-tab to the security popup, click safe, alt-tab back, and I'm fine. See if you can find a way to whitelist the directory/file.
So I haven't played heroes in three weeks, with the new store stuff their is is a patch clearly. I updated then ran the varify that the system does and got this.
We have detected missing or corrupt game files, please run the "Repair" option in NCsoft Launcher to fix this. The game will now exit.
I run repair then do play and I get the same message again.
I did send in a support ticket but being double XP weekend I expect support to be slower than normal. anyone have any idea if this happened to anyone else, it it at all common?
The Resistance has boobs too, and better hair!
