Electric/Ice Corrupter in much need of Critique
Endmods in Stamina may as well be basic Endmods, which are the same thing but without the pretty pictures.
Hibernate, after clicking Hibernate there is a nophase period of 120s therefore any rechg time that's below 120s in Hibernate is not necessary as you couldn't Hibernate again even if you tried.
Your attacks, they're attacks, if its dead it don't do anything to you or anyone else. Damage increase increases the amount of damage you do for the endurance you use, it'll decrease the number of times you have to use an attack, it'll lower your end use per target(s) as well as lower the time you take to take out the target which means minus fight duration to you. What I'd do is go back on every actual attack and get decent damage out of it. Dead targets are better than alive targets with minor extra recharge debuffing. If your attacks are by design more about damage (as that's what you will get most out of them) then capitalize on it.
Chilling Embrace doesn't cost alot of endurance it probably just takes one slow enhancement for you to -runspeed 90% which is all you can do to mobs.
Between Chilling Embrace and Conductive Aura you could have ample -End and -Rechg, -Runspeed because everything else will stack with them.

keep in mind you have PB "activated" and its not perma.
basically you're soft capped for 15 seconds with 30 seconds of down time.
so..either more recharge in PB or you might want to raise your defense a lil.
PerfShifter proc in Conductive Aura doesnt work right?
I'd take Hoarfrost over Hibernate (I'd take both, but if i had to choose)
perma jump is ---> /up 1
not sure where im going with this. maybe you can make it work.
its soft capped to sm/leth w/o PB.
with PB its soft capped to energy and ranged.
I was trying to get Acrobatics and Hibernate..i guess with more defense you might not need either.
Vigor might be needed for this.

i really like that build. thank you. I wish I could keep flight, just because I liked the concept on this toon but this is well worth it. thanks again. any idea how much it'd cost to build?

It's getting late, so ill keep it short and sweet. I made an Electric/Ice Corrupter. I liked the idea of draining endo and slowing badies. So I really want to focus on that, while getting as much defense as possible. With Static Field and chilling embrace, i thought it would be really cool to be able to stand in the middle of the fight. This may not be very realistic but I figured with Hibernate, it may be possible. I threw this build together, and I really like the power selection. but when it comes to slotting...I do my best in very little time, but I am pretty new to Mids. I was hoping someone could possible make me a better slotted build. Or just giving me advise would be very helpful too. "Teach a man to fish..."
